What you’ll need to consider

From the time you first contact us, either by telephone or personally at our offices, to the time when the funeral arrangements are completed, we assure you of our confidentiality and personal care.

It may be that particular wishes for a person’s funeral have been expressed prior to death, in a conversation, a will or in a prepaid arranged funeral plan. Alternatively you may be unclear as to what might be appropriate. Either way, we will explain and discuss with you all the options available.

Testimonials

What our families say

“I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at Percival’s. They made the most utterly sad time into a celebration of my dad’s life, even down to enabling Dad to make his final journey on a ‘Triumph Thunderbird’ motorbike hearse. With COVID we were unable to go to pick flowers or create an order of service etc. so had to leave it to Deb and firstly Harry, then Tom (when baby Charlie decided to arrive) and everything was just perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. On the day, the whole funeral went like clockwork, and was so professional with utmost respect for everyone.”
